Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

In this Policy, "personal information" means personal information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (information that can identify a specific individual, such as a name or email address).

Article 2 (Information Collected and Method of Collection)

In providing the Service, the Operator collects the following information:

1. Email address (for account registration and login authentication);
2. Payment-related information (processed through the payment provider Stripe; credit card numbers and the like are not stored on the Operator's servers);
3. Usage history (information on purchased Points, consumed Points, generated destinations, and other use of the Service);
4. Information you provide when making an inquiry;
5. Information stored on your device (free-use count, display settings, etc.; stored in the browser's local storage and not sent to the Operator's servers).

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

The Operator uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Service and to authenticate users;
2. To grant and consume Points and to manage their validity period;
3. To respond to inquiries and to send important notices;
4. To prevent and detect improper use (fraudulent payment, breach of the terms, etc.);
5. To improve the Service and to consider new features.

Article 4 (Change of Purpose)

The Operator may change the purpose of use within a scope reasonably deemed to be related to the purpose before the change, and will notify Users of, or publish, the content of the change.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing)

1. Except as permitted by law, the Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without the User's prior consent.
2. To the extent necessary to provide the Service, the Operator entrusts the handling of personal information to the following providers, which include providers located outside Japan (primarily in the United States):
   • Stripe (payment processing)
   • Supabase (account authentication and data storage)
   • Resend (email delivery)
3. The outsourcing in the preceding paragraph includes the provision of personal information to third parties located in foreign countries. By using the Service in agreement with this Policy, the User consents to such provision.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion)

A User may request the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their own personal information. Requests are accepted at the contact in Article 9, and the Operator will respond without delay in accordance with the law.

Article 7 (Security Management Measures)

The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it holds, and for other security management.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

The Operator may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and the like. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on the Service.
